This bike was designed by myself and built with the help of my two sons Dylan & Dayne. What we originally intended to be a weekend project, turned into a custom show stopper! The frame is made from 1-1/2" DOM tubing an heliarc welded throughout all fabricated brackets and parts were made in house. All of the bending and notching of the frame parts and the handle bars were accomplished using Machines that we manufacture, (Tube benders, Tube Notchers etc.) The forks are made from stainless steel as well as the handle bars which are polished to a mirror finish. The triple trees are CNC machined from aluminum which include rotational stops. The front wheel is a 26 inch, while the rear is 24 inch.
